WesternPleasure.com can specify what contact information they would like displayed with their ad, the minimum being name and phone number. We do not display an owner’s street address and email addresses are never displayed.
Contact information (email address) from the registration forms is used to get in touch with the customer when necessary, including informing the customer that their horse ad is expiring or changes to EquineandMore.com policies, pricing and services. Contact information may also be shared with any law enforcement agency investigating any fraudulent or improper activity on WesternPleasure.com

The information is used to enable the user to pay for products and services with our secure shopping cart system. It is not used for any other purpose.

WesternPleasure.com offers the service of ONLINE CLASSIFIED ADVERTISING for horses for sale, real estate for sale, trailers for sale, and products for sale through a host of websites, not limited to Western Pleasure.com

Western Pleasure.com acts as a venue for listings. We are not involved in the actual transaction between the buyer and the sellers. Because we are not involved in the actual transaction between the buyers and sellers, in the event you have a dispute with one or more users, you release Equine Media Works, LLC dba WesternPleasure.com its owners, agents, subsidiaries, and employees from claims, demands, and damages (actual or consequential) of every kind and nature, known and unknown, suspected or unsuspected, disclosed or undisclosed, arising out of or in any way connected with such disputes. For horses WesternPleasure.com recommends that a pre-purchase exam should be performed by the buyer’s equine veterinarian of choice, on any horse prior to purchase. WesternPleasure.com does not guarantee or warrant the performance of any horse, service or product. WesternPleasure.com does not guarantee the accuracy, integrity or quality of such content.
WesternPleasure.com does NOT have any sort of program to insure receipt of your purchases from third parties. We recommend that you place insurance and tracking on all items.
Owners are responsible to proofread ads and confirm that correct photo’s are appearing on ads. Owners are responsible for early deletion of ads. Owners are responsible for marking horses and all products sold.
Service interruptions are possible. WesternPleasure.com cannot guarantee uninterrupted service due to circumstances beyond our control.
RIGHT TO REFUSE SERVICE:
All advertisement listings are subject to reasonable editorial changes or deletion. Slanderous, malicious, warning, or ANY KIND OF DEROGATORY ads are not permitted on WesternPleasure.com and or any Equine Media Work, LLC. website. Ads for horses with ownership disputes are not allowed on WesternPleasure.com. Profanity and harassment are not allowed on WesternPleasure.com If found, these ads will be immediately deleted and the user’s further access to their account will be suspended or terminated. If you have a complaint about a seller on our system, please contact us. If we suspect that a seller is participating in any sort of questionable or fraudulent activity via our sites, engaging in any sort of false or misleading advertising, etc, we will disable that seller’s account without notice at our own discretion.
Solicitation or spamming of other WesternPleasure.com users through our site or ads is not allowed. If you send any type of unsolicited email (spam) to other users of our site advertising your own services, your account will be disabled and your ads will be deleted, your email will be blocked from further ad responses, and you will be marked on our site as a spammer.
If you see a slanderous or malicious ad on our site or receive unsolicited email (spam) from another user such as someone trying to sell you their own services via our ad response forms, please file a report with us via email.

These violations include, but are not limited to: trade names or patents, copyright violations, trademark violations, or other content which is in violation of any local, state or federal laws.
Our customers, clients are solely responsible for obtaining express permission from professional photographers, subjects, etc to display images on our site.
